- *Job Summary**
As a Customer Support Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our customers through live chat, email, and social media. You'll be the go-to expert for all things video streaming and multistreaming, helping our customers overcome any challenges they may face. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, have a keen interest in video streaming, and are eager to learn and grow with our team, we want to hear from you.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate and personalized communication to careerzynith users through live chat, email, and social media in a timely manner
- Stay updated on the video and streaming world so you can provide expert solutions to our customers
- Contribute to your ongoing learning and the success of your team by participating in experimentation efforts across the team that help drive meaningful improvements to the customer experience
- Be an advocate of careerzynith and share product knowledge with customers to foster engagement and loyalty to our product
- Passing customer feedback onto the product or sales team to improve the organization's offerings
- *What We Look For**
- Experience in streaming with careerzynith (or a similar platform)
- Understanding of how to go live to an RTMP or sites such as Facebook, X, Instagram, or Twitch
- Experience in a customer-facing role, with a keen interest in providing outstanding customer support experiences
- Proficient in both verbal and written English language (an additional language such as Portuguese, Spanish, French, or German would be a plus)
- Experience using a Help Desk platform, such as Intercom, Zendesk, Freshworks, etc.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple client conversations simultaneously
- You are resourceful, flexible, and can hold yourself accountable
- You are available to work assigned shift rotations as needed
- Work shift: 5 PM - 2 AM UTC; Days off - Monday and Tuesday
