As a Pre-Licensed Representative at careerzynith, you will play a critical role in resolving complex consumer issues and responding to consumer concerns while adhering to company guidelines. This role involves addressing complex consumer issues in a fast-paced environment, requiring excellent decision-making skills and innovation. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives.
• Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns.

• Offer recommendations to policyholders and adjust as necessary.

• Must be located in South Carolina
• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
• Over 18 years of age
• High School Graduate or GED required
• Call Center experience preferred (6 months)

• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
• Comfort with desktop computer systems
• Logical problem-solving abilities
