We are urgently hiring for a Remote Care Advocate - Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to individuals via phone to offer help and support according to program requirements. You will work closely with a collaborative team of people who want to change the world and be a key contributor to improving the lives of millions of people by connecting them with the support they need to thrive.

  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • At least 1-year of outbound customer experience in a call center, claims, benefits, fundraising, or healthcare scheduling practices.
  • Passionate about mental health and emotional wellbeing, behavioral health, community outreach, resources, healthcare, or active volunteerism.
  • Demonstrated excellence in providing outstanding customer service over the phone and via email.
  • Motivated to help others and aligned to our organizational mission and vision.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening), especially over the phone, and a willingness to receive feedback.
  • Focused and determined, optimistic and creative.
  • College graduate or Associate's degree in a customer-related field.
