- *The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the voice of our company, building relationships with customers and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll be working in a fast-paced, structured environment, handling approximately 50-60 phone calls per shift. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrating reliability and attendance, ensuring that you're present and on time for the entire shift each day
- Handling a large number of contacts, including phone calls, chats, and emails
- Meeting our high-performance bar, exceeding customer satisfaction, and succeeding in meeting metrics for customer service excellence
- Providing professional customer engagement, building relationships with customers, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Actively listening and showing empathy, using internal resources to find the best solution to fully solve the customer's problem
- De-escalating customer care, using conflict management skills to balance the customer's needs with the company's capabilities
- Troubleshooting, thinking analytically to solve customer problems in the first contact resolution process
- Being tech-savvy and multitasking, navigating multiple browsers, tabs, tools, and screens to answer questions quickly and efficiently

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Be over 18 years old
- Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Be able to read, write, and understand Spanish and English
- Have working knowledge of Windows operating systems or equivalent
- Be able to pass a candidate assessment to proceed with the interview process
