We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at careerzynith. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth, and developing new opportunities. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Client record and relationship management
- Achieving planned sales targets within assigned client accounts
- Client account development to drive new business opportunities across the verticals of RWE Clinical
- Preliminaries business (e.g., patient enrollment, Decentralized Clinical Preliminaries (DCT), HEOR and epidemiological studies, post-marketing studies)
- Driving client account procedure and improvement through vital and strategic record planning in partnership with the scientific research delivery groups
- Working in collaboration with sales tasks, finance, and other internal support capabilities to drive and close business and achieve sales approval targets
- Proactively finding and qualifying valuable opportunities, including defining solutions and prescribing pricing structures to meet critical objectives
- Acting as the primary contact until project kick-off, then coordinating with relevant business areas to ensure successful execution
- Leading and assisting in conveying the response to the proposal cycle with the proposal team and delivering in a timely manner to clients
- Coordinating Bid Guard methodology, ensuring designated offering lines up with client goals
- Leading efforts to close a potential client for a clinical trial as part of the objective sales targets
- Responsible for allocated client account and identifying potential opportunities within existing clients to increase account infiltration
- Providing a collaborative client-facing, critical thinking environment with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and systems with the vision of enhancing careerzynith's clinical trials market leadership
- *Essential Capabilities**
- Scientific, sales, or marketing background with a focus in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
- Demonstrated history of creating mid- and senior-level business contacts
- Excellent interpersonal skills to manage and fully integrate with Sales, Finance, and Marketing, and follow up to grow connections and business potential opportunities
- A strong understanding of Clinical Trials, Decentralized Trials, and RWE trends
- Shown insight in identifying and developing potential customers, making professional presentations, handling the sales cycle through close, and managing agreement exchanges
- Understanding of sales automation systems and Microsoft Office programs
- Experience working with internal or external resources to develop procedures that meet office objectives within budget and established timelines
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
