As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Walt Disney World Resorts Inbound Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to Walt Disney World guests and cast members. You will be the first point of contact for guests seeking assistance with reservations, packages, and other Disney-related services. Your primary goal will be to deliver a seamless and magical experience, ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile on their face and a memory to cherish.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Walt Disney World guests and cast members via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist guests with reservations, packages, and other Disney-related services

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on Disney Resorts products and services

  • Must not have a termination on file from any Disney program
  • Must not be a current Disney cast member
  • Must not be currently enrolled in or servicing in a Disney program
