- *Job Summary**
As a Part Time Data Entry & Researcher Assistant at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Sales Associates by researching contact information for potential clients, setting up pre-designed mailings and email campaigns, and making introductory calls to schedule meetings. You'll also perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing, as well as assist with special projects as assigned.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Researches contact information for potential clients to enter into marketing funnel
- Sets up pre-designed mailings and email campaigns to researched potential clients
- Makes introductory calls to potential clients to schedule meetings for Sales Associates
- Performs general clerical duties, including but not limited to: + Filing+ Photocopying+ Faxing+ Mailing
- Assists with special projects as assigned
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
- *Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Moderate knowledge of Excel, internet research, and email correspondence
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
- Acute attention to detail
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
