As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Making outbound calls when necessary
  • Assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving complex issues
  • Notating account information accurately
  • Researching for the most up-to-date information
  • Navigating systems while engaging with customers on calls
  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving complex issues and providing clarity to our callers
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to process improvements and suggest new ideas to enhance customer service
  • *What We're Looking For:**
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a call center agent
  • Proficient in speaking and writing in Spanish
  • Ability to work a 10:30am - 7pm EST shift
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on resolving complex issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • PC skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Ability to adapt effectively within a continually changing work environment
  • Ability to identify and communicate process improvements to supervisor
  • Other duties or tasks as assigned by management
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Experience in the finance industry
  • Previous experience with complex transactions and/or financial experience
  • Ability to learn and navigate new systems and processes quickly
