• *Key Responsibilities**

As a Remote Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers by navigating vast amounts of data to provide timely and accurate insights. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with large, messy, disparate datasets to perform ad-hoc analyses and inform business decisions
• Creating ETLs or strategies to pull data from multiple sources and centralize it in a single table
• Developing data visualizations to display and quantify the impact of changes and specific business challenges
• Engaging with team members and cross-functional groups to establish credibility and analyze stakeholder needs
• Leveraging scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate reporting tasks, such as screenshots, metrics prioritization, and outlier recognition
• Documenting your approaches and sharing your expertise with colleagues, mentoring them as you become a Subject Matter Expert

• *Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to govern data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years of experience)
• Creativity with a User Experience basis to develop impactful Tableau Dashboards (1-2 years of experience)
• Business Operations Fluency, with the ability to recognize and root motivate business problems (Supply Chain background, ideally with transportation experience)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally

• *Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, advanced experience with SQL and Tableau, as well as experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations, would be beneficial. Additionally, experience with Python or other scripting languages, as well as data manipulation tools like Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc., would be a plus.
