  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Ticket/Gate Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers, guiding them to their destinations, and assisting with ticketing and baggage check-in processes
  • Ensuring customers have accurate travel documentation and making gate announcements as needed
  • Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts (up to 70 pounds)
  • Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
  • Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless operations
  • *Scheduling and Work Environment**

Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight. Each station is unique, with its individual flight schedule. You will work between 20 and 40 hours per week, based on your seniority. As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from home, with occasional on-site visits as required.
