As a Customer Service Representative I - NCC, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service across various communication channels, including voice, email, web chats, texts, and faxes. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Using ERP and/or CRM systems to review and manage student records
- Scheduling patient appointments and coordinating referrals in accordance with clinical and insurance requirements
