As a Central Processor, you will be the central point of contact for our customers and the internal sales team. You will manage a variety of tasks crucial to maintaining smooth customer service and sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. • *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and respond to emails throughout the day, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders
• Answer and handle incoming phone calls, providing exceptional customer service and resolving queries efficiently
• Run multiple reports as needed, analyzing data to inform business decisions and optimize operations
• Gather necessary information and documents to create customer orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM, with accuracy and efficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Adaptability and flexibility in a changing environment, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work setting, with a strong sense of urgency and initiative
