As a Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing labor management systems that meet the evolving needs of our business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop innovative solutions that drive efficiency and productivity. • *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement comprehensive labor management systems, including data integrations, reporting, and analytics
• Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for improvement, working closely with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions
• Design and develop high-quality, scalable solutions that meet the needs of our business and Cast Members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of labor management systems

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Labor Systems leadership and other business partners

• 1+ years of experience in software development, data analysis, or a related field
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
• Proficiency in at least one primary language (C#, VB.net, JavaScript, Python) or similar language
• Experience working with data technology, including SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong work ethic, with a focus on quality and attention to detail
