As an Online Customer Service Trainee, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Obtaining and maintaining your Property and Casualty License
  • Working independently, taking initiative, and working with little supervision
  • Maintaining regular and timely attendance
  • Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
  • Ability to manage individual stress/composure
