As a Customer Care Liaison at careerzynith, you'll collaborate with cross-divisional teams, customers, and healthcare providers to support effective and efficient customer service operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- **Processing Orders**: Process received orders in a timely manner, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- **Maintaining Data**: Maintain detailed data in the applicable system(s), monitoring account activity as necessary.
