Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing a high volume of job advertisements on various online job boards, ensuring accuracy and quality in every posting. Responsibilities

• Posting, editing, and managing a high volume of job advertisements on various online job boards: You'll be responsible for creating and publishing job postings on multiple job boards, ensuring that all postings are accurate, complete, and meet our high standards.


• Quality checking online job advertisements for completion and accuracy: Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring that all job postings are error-free and meet our quality standards.


• Communicating with job boards to resolve issues and errors: You'll be the primary point of contact for job boards, resolving any issues or errors that may arise during the posting process.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Here are the key qualifications we're looking for:

• 1 year of data entry experience (3+ years preferred): You'll need to have a solid background in data entry, with experience working with online databases and job boards.


• Typing speed of at least 60 WPM (80+ WPM preferred): Your typing speed and accuracy will be essential in meeting the demands of this role.


• High-speed internet available in an adequate workspace: You'll need a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace to perform your duties.
