Our client is a rapidly growing, innovative tech company seeking a strategic and visionary Director of Talent Acquisition & Retention to lead their global recruitment and employee retention efforts. This is a fully remote, senior leadership position, responsible for designing and executing comprehensive strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent worldwide. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-volume, multi-channel recruitment, a deep understanding of retention best practices, and a passion for building exceptional employer brands.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to source and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates globally. Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job profiling and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Build and manage a high-performing, remote-based talent acquisition team. Develop and execute a robust employee retention strategy, focusing on engagement, development, and culture. Partner with HR leadership and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop proactive staffing plans. Leverage data analytics to track key recruitment and retention metrics, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement. Enhance the company's employer brand across all relevant platforms and channels. Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent sourcing partners. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in all hiring locations. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment and retention processes. Develop and implement employee recognition programs and career development frameworks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of successfully building and scaling talent acquisition functions in fast-paced environments. Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing effective employee retention strategies. Strong understanding of employment law, compliance, and best practices in HR. Experience with various HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever). Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience in building and nurturing strong remote team cultures. Passion for creating positive candidate and employee experiences.
