We have an exciting opportunity for a Freelance Experience Strategist to join our team on a part-time basis through early 2025. This role will require approximately 8-20 hours per week (average of about 15 hours per week) and is starting immediately. As a Freelance Experience Strategist, you'll work closely with our team to develop and implement customer experience strategies that drive business growth and innovation.
- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Freelance Experience Strategist, you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting the development of communications plans that align with our customer-centric approach
- Developing channel briefs for social and digital creative to fulfill media plans
- Reviewing creative to ensure alignment to brief and platform best practices
- Creating and managing omnichannel asset ecosystems to map creative assets to audiences across the funnel
- Consulting on and contributing to briefs for various digital marketing channels (social media, digital display, website, email, app engagement, etc.)
- *How You'll Excel in Your Role**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5-10 years' experience in digital marketing and/or social media strategy (experience with channels beyond social required)
- Familiarity and understanding of basic principles of brand building and measurement (i.e. brand trackers, audience segmentation, category dynamics, principles of growth, etc.)
- Availability for meetings in PST timezone
- Ability to contribute independently to the below requirements without requiring a lot of oversight/training
- Clear, competent, and confidence-inspiring communication style

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful customer experience strategies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and their applications
- Excellent communication and project management skills

- Experience working with customer experience management tools and software
