This role is contingent upon contract award and will support a proposed repatriation initiative, providing comprehensive care for migrant individuals awaiting reunification or repatriation.

As a Data Entry Administrator in healthcare, you will play a vital role in supporting efficient operations, compliance with regulations, and enhancing overall healthcare quality by managing essential documentation. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately inputting and updating patient information in electronic health records (EHR) and other databases.
  • Verifying and ensuring the accuracy of data entries and resolving discrepancies as needed.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Assisting in organizing and maintaining physical and digital files, including scanning and uploading documents.
  • Generating reports and documents as requested by healthcare professionals and administrators.
  • Supporting the healthcare team by providing timely access to accurate data and information.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and data flow.
  • Participating in training and compliance meetings to stay current with policies and procedures.
  • *Key Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in a healthcare setting, with cultural sensitivity and awareness when working with foreign national patient populations.
  • Effective oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient IT skills, including use of electronic medical records systems and software skills.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, with current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Must be a US Citizen or possess a permanent resident card.
  • Current MRPT Clearance is preferred.
  • *Physical Requirements**

This role involves working in a typical interior/office work environment, with prolonged periods of sitting and standing. You may be required to bend, stoop, and lift up to 15 lbs.
