As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Providing exceptional customer service through active listening and empathy
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it with sensitivity
- Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful
- Appropriately communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
- Escalating interactions when necessary and providing feedback on call issues
- Upselling and promoting our services to customers when required
- *Qualifications**
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional service and support. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months of customer service experience, with a passion for delivering top-notch service
- The ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a reliable internet connection and a clean and quiet workspace
- High School Graduate or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate Windows operating systems
- Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Comfort with desktop computer systems and the ability to type 25 wpm
- *Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure your success as a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Internet Requirements: + Minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 Mbps+ Minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps+ ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms+ Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
