We're seeking an experienced full stack data entry specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of empowering an information-driven business. As a key member of our Business Examination group, you'll be responsible for leading cross-functional projects that leverage data science tools and methods to drive business process automation and support sales and service procedures. You'll work closely with our team of data scientists, data designers, AI/ML specialists, and product directors to create and maintain complex data pipelines, communicate insights to all levels of the organization, and apply machine learning, advanced analytics, and visualization techniques to drive business outcomes.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead key cross-functional projects that leverage data science tools and methods to drive business process automation and support sales and service procedures
• Collaborate with data scientists, data designers, AI/ML specialists, and product directors to create and maintain complex data pipelines
• Communicate insights to all levels of the organization, tailoring your message to different levels of data science understanding and expertise
• Work closely with authority, design, and other partners to deliver significant business insights
• Apply machine learning, advanced analytics, and visualization techniques to different datasets across the organization
• Develop and maintain complex data pipelines, supporting our team's goal in democratizing data and empowering an information-driven association
• Collaborate with data analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying your knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our data science capabilities

• *Essential Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., data science, applied mathematics, business analytics, operations research, statistics, computer science, artificial intelligence, finance, or engineering)
• 2+ years of experience in a related field, with a strong focus on data analysis, machine learning, and business analytics
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong passion for data-driven insights and a commitment to excellence
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven track record of extracting insights and building machine learning models, particularly in business analytics (or related) areas
• Ability to uplevel our team's machine learning capabilities in at least one significant area (e.g., estimation, predictive modeling, descriptive analytics, or natural language processing)
• Master's degree in a related field, with a strong focus on data science, machine learning, and business analytics
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, particularly in standard data science libraries and frameworks like pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, PySpark, and others
• Familiarity with at least one visualization tool, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Ability to self-start and work independently in an unstructured environment, as well as navigate ambiguity and drive projects from concept to delivery
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
• Familiarity with data storytelling and communication techniques, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and presentations
