As a Senior Manager, Growth Data Engineering, you will lead a team of experienced engineers in building and maintaining large-scale data systems that support careerzynith's growth and expansion. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that leverage data science, engineering, and analytics to inform business decisions and drive innovation. Your team will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to ensure that data-driven insights are integrated into business decisions.

• *Responsibilities**

• Lead a team of experienced engineers in building and maintaining large-scale data systems that support careerzynith's growth and expansion
• Develop and execute strategies that leverage data science, engineering, and analytics to inform business decisions and drive innovation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to ensure that data-driven insights are integrated into business decisions
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, architectures, and systems that support careerzynith's growth and expansion
• Work closely with data scientists and analysts to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and success
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure that data-driven insights are integrated into business decisions and drive innovation

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, or related field
• Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and developing and executing strategies that leverage data science, engineering, and analytics
• Strong technical skills in data engineering, data science, and analytics, including experience with large-scale data systems, data pipelines, and data architectures
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, or related field
• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence, including experience with deep learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
• Experience with data governance and data quality, including experience with data validation, data cleansing, and data transformation
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Redshift or Google BigQuery
