Fitness Program Design for Trainerize (Strength & Conditioning, Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, Hybrid)
About The Role
I run an strength and conditioning and rehab business, and I’m expanding our library of online training programs inside Trainerize to sell at scale.
I’m looking for experienced trainers/coaches to design high‑quality, evidence‑based programs and build them directly inside Trainerize using its master workout/program libraries.
What I Need Built
You do not need to coach my current clients. Your core job is to design and structure complete programs that can be sold as “done‑for‑you” templates in my Trainerize account.
I’m open to hiring more than one person, so please apply if you’re strong in any of these areas:
Strength & conditioning for sport
Off‑season and in‑season programs for field/court/endurance sports
Clear progression, deloads, and conditioning blocks
Bodybuilding / physique (male and female focus)
Hypertrophy‑focused splits, push/pull/legs, upper/lower, etc.
Programs tailored for “male attraction” and “female attraction” style goals (aesthetics‑driven, glutes/legs emphasis, shoulders/arms, etc.)
Powerlifting
Squat/bench/deadlift focused cycles, peaking blocks and test weeks
Options for beginner, intermediate, and advanced lifters
Olympic weightlifting
Snatch, clean & jerk, and accessory work
Technical progressions, pull/strength support work, and cycles towards mock meets
Hyrox / hybrid training
Strength + conditioning programs that balance running capacity with functional strength
Race‑prep blocks and general hybrid performance training
If you have experience creating structured programs inside Trainerize (master workouts, master programs, phases, templates), please mention that.
Responsibilities
Design clear, periodized programs for your chosen niche(s), including:
Weekly structure, sets/reps, intensity guidelines, progression rules
Alternatives/regressions where appropriate (home vs. gym equipment, beginner vs. intermediate)
Build the programs inside my Trainerize account by:
Creating master workouts using the exercise library (and proposing new exercise entries where needed)
Setting up master programs with phases, calendar layout, and instructions for users
Naming conventions and tags that keep the library organised (I’ll provide a simple system)
Provide brief written notes per program:
Who it’s for (training age, equipment access, key goals)
How to run it (weeks, expected RPE/RIR guidelines, progression rules, when to repeat or move on)
Ideal Experience
You don’t need to tick every box, but the more of these you have, the better:
2+ years coaching experience in the area(s) you apply for (S&C, bodybuilding, powerlifting, Olympic lifting, Hyrox/hybrid)
Demonstrated experience writing full training blocks (not just single sessions)
Comfortable working in Trainerize or similar platforms (Everfit, TrueCoach, PT Distinction, etc.)
Evidence‑based approach (familiar with progressive overload, periodisation, and basic rehab considerations)
Clear written English for program notes and client‑facing instructions
If you are very strong in only one niche (e.g., just powerlifting or just hybrid racing prep), still apply. I am happy to hire multiple specialists for different program lines.
What To Include In Your Application
Please start your proposal with the niche(s) you’re best at, for example:
“Application – Powerlifting + Hyrox”
Then include:
A short intro: who you are, where you’re based, and your main coaching background
Which of the following you can confidently create programs for:
Strength & conditioning for sport
Bodybuilding (male focus)
Bodybuilding (female focus)
Powerlifting
Olympic weightlifting
Hyrox/hybrid training
1–3 examples of programs you’ve written (outline or screenshots; you can redact client details)
Any experience specifically with Trainerize (or similar platforms) and what you’ve done there
Your estimated rate per complete program or per training block (e.g., 8–12 weeks)
Scope & Ongoing Work
Initially, I want to create a small “library” of programs across these categories, then expand and refine based on what sells and what clients respond well to.
If this goes well, there will be ongoing work adding new blocks, progressions, and speciality programs when needed (e.g., post‑season rebuild, glute‑focused female hypertrophy block, 12‑week Hyrox prep).
