• *Job Summary**

As a People Technology Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for leading tasks and providing requested data in reports and dashboards to our leadership and stakeholders. You will work closely with our HR, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Time Tracking, and Talent groups to collaborate on data evaluation and provide insights to inform business decisions. Your expertise will be essential in developing and maintaining easy-to-complex reports and visualizations using Workday Report Writer, Worksheets, and Discovery Boards, as well as other tools.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead tasks for reporting and dashboards based on management requests
• Partner in the evaluation, selection, planning, design, implementation, education, and support for Workday (and other systems as needed) tools that relate to reports and calculated fields for the team
• Collaborate closely with internal HR, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Time Tracking, and Talent groups on data evaluation
• Develop and maintain easy-to-complex reports and visualizations, including but not limited to advanced, matrix, minimum composite reports, and dashboards using Workday Report Writer, Worksheets, and Discovery Boards, as well as other tools
• Review Workday launch and identify opportunities to leverage new features and capabilities to enhance and support business goals for reporting, calculated fields, and dashboards
• Use ServiceNow to prioritize and respond to case questions by engaging with functional leaders to ensure document requirements are met in a timely fashion
• Participate in Agile Team planning sessions to design the roadmap and identify cross-team dependencies
• Maintain awareness of current trends in Workday Reporting, proactively share best practices, and make suggestions to document writers through knowledge gained in Community, Workday Slack, and the user sharing motion group
• Be compliant and informed about the data that is allowed to be seen by employees
• Provide guidance and education to our end-users who can execute the reports and schedule the needed reports to those who do not have access
• Perform ad-hoc reporting tasks as needed
• Other responsibilities and tasks, as assigned

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, etc.
• Minimum one year's HCM Reporting experience
• Minimum one year's Workday Report Writing experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL Script, VBA, Power BI, or other BI tools and statistical analysis tools
• Ability to self-research and expand skills as new capabilities are delivered
• Ability to work independently as well as a team player in a highly collaborative environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail
