As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analytics & Science Engineer – Cloud Application Development, you'll be responsible for leading and coaching a team of specialists, providing technical direction, and driving the development of cutting-edge data analysis and science solutions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure data architectures, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of data-driven decision-making at careerzynith.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead and coach a team of specialists, providing technical direction and guidance on data analysis and science projects
• Develop and implement cutting-edge data analysis and science solutions using cloud-based technologies such as ADLS, Databricks, and Delta-Lake
• Design and develop scalable and secure data architectures, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation through data-driven decision-making
• Develop and maintain complex data models and reporting structures, ensuring data integrity and security
• Drive the development of data visualization tools and dashboards, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, evaluating their relevance to careerzynith's business needs
• Collaborate with data researchers, business analysts, data engineers, and IT experts to develop comprehensive data solutions
• Cultivate a collaborative environment that fosters information sharing and expertise development

• *Essential Qualifications**

• 15+ years of active experience in data analysis and science roles, with a strong focus on cloud-based technologies
• 5+ years of experience in leadership or senior roles, demonstrating the ability to guide and lead a team
• 5+ years of experience working with cloud-based technologies, such as ADLS, Databricks, and Delta-Lake
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, languages, ML, and systems (e.g., Conos, PowerBI, SQL, Python, R)
• Experience working with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, to design and deploy scalable and secure data architectures
• In-depth understanding of Lakehouse design standards, combining the best of data lakes and data warehouses for efficient and adaptable data management
• High-level SQL skills, with a strong understanding of social databases and business data storage to write complex SQL queries against multiple data sources
• Experience managing high-volume and high-speed data streams, and designing systems that can handle the demands of real-time or near-real-time analysis
• Experience in shaping the essential vision for data analysis and science drives within an organization
• Effective management of data analysis projects, including planning, execution, and delivery
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth, adapt to emerging technologies, and execute industry best practices
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Master's or Ph.D. in Software Engineering, Informatics, Data Science, or related technical discipline
• Relevant industry certifications are a plus
• Experience in retail, manufacturing, e-commerce, or supply chain management

• *Compensation and Benefits**

• Competitive salary range: $160,000 - $230,000
