  • *Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to students and alumni, as well as employers and educational institutions. Your primary duties will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and texts in a professional and timely manner
  • Utilizing CRM systems to track customer interactions and resolve technical inquiries
  • Providing clear and concise verbal and written communication to customers, including explanations of repayment options and federal loan servicer interactions
  • Updating customer records with current demographic and contact information, as well as accurately notating all interactions
  • Initiating calls to federal loan servicers to resolve repayment options for customers with federal student loans
  • Comprehending training material on various topics and sharing new concepts and content with customers
  • Adhering to all federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies
  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Be highly productive and meet outbound and inbound telephone call productivity needs
  • Ability to use telephones, email, chat, and text communication with customers
  • Provide timely and professional response to all written communication
  • Properly utilize CRM system for technical inquiries with follow-up for customer resolution
  • Follow policies and procedures regarding escalations
  • Update records with current demographic and contact information and accurately notate all interactions
  • Initiate calls to Federal loan servicers to resolve repayment options for customers with Federal student loans
  • Comprehend training material on a variety of topics and share new concepts and content
  • Adhere to all federal and state laws governing the industry
  • Adhere to the client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies
  • Attain all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals

During the first two weeks of employment, training will be conducted Monday – Friday between the hours of 8 am – 5 pm CST.

  • High school or equivalent (Required)
