As a Customer Service Representative - Work From Home Nevada, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, answering their questions, resolving their concerns, and educating them on our services. You'll work closely with our Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications, ensuring our patients receive the best possible care. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, answering their questions, resolving their concerns, and educating them on our services.
  • Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications.
  • Conduct adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies.
  • Effectively handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, proactively gaining patient and order information.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of insurance, healthcare, reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and providing customer education.
  • Routine assessment and problem identification with appropriate escalation to a pharmacist.
  • Maintain a secure workspace free from distractions, adhering to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements.
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone.
  • 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application.
  • Must reside in the state of Nevada.
  • Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
  • Knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
