## Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AI/Prompt Engineer to enhance and optimize the system prompt powering our AI-based legal contract review engine built on GPT‑5.1.

This is a short, clearly scoped task expected to take approximately 2 hours.

## About the Project

We have an AI tool that reviews legal contracts (e.g., NDAs, service agreements, employment contracts) and identifies:

  • Key clauses
  • Risks and red flags
  • Obligations
  • Missing or unusual terms
  • Suggested improvements

The tool is functional but needs improvement in consistency, structure, and reliability.

We will provide:

  • ✅ Our current system prompt
  • ✅ 3 sample contracts for testing
  • ✅ Example outputs (if needed)

## Scope of Work

Your task is to:

  • Review and analyze our existing system prompt
  • Rewrite and optimize the system prompt for:
  • Higher accuracy in clause identification
  • Clearer risk analysis
  • Reduced hallucinations
  • More structured and professional output
  • Improve output formatting (e.g., risk level, clause category, explanation, recommendation)
  • Add few-shot examples if necessary
  • Test against the 3 provided contracts
  • Iterate and refine within the 2-hour session

## Deliverables

  • ✅ Optimized system prompt (clean and production-ready)
  • ✅ Short explanation of what you changed and why
  • ✅ Before vs. after comparison using the 3 sample contracts
  • ✅ Suggestions for further improvements (optional but appreciated)

## Requirements

  • Strong experience with LLM prompt engineering (GPT models required)
  • Experience working with structured outputs and system prompts
  • Ability to think critically about edge cases and hallucination risks
  • Clear communication and fast iteration
