Charter Trip Manager

The Charter Trip Manager will support and report to Baker Aviations Senior High-Volume sales

associate. Managing the cycle of a booking from the time of contract execution and through the

completion of the flight.

    Job duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Accurately Inputting all pertinent passenger data. Must have attention to detail and be
    able to spot a single digit error in passport numbers
  • Ensuring fuel orders are secured and provided to crew members as needed
  • Notifying FBO’s of arrival and needs
  • Flight following: Monitoring active flights, coordinating with brokers and FBOs, and
    providing real-time updates to clients regarding tail numbers and crew
  • Verify usability departure/arrival airports
  • Sending trip sheets
  • Coordinate with broker for all details of the trip
  • Input pax info into Jet Insight
  • Input catering info into Jet Insight
  • Setup Fuel Release for all leg of the trip
  • Secure PPR’s as needed
  • Coordinate with FBO as needed to assist crew
  • Alert crew of newly booked trips or schedule changes
  • Check schedule fitment and crew duty limitations around your trip
  • Add pilot notes to trip sheet for all of the above

We are looking for someone who has a “now-not-later” mentality, who is eager to get the job

    done accurately and efficiently in order to support business growth.
  • *Proficiency in JetInsight is preferred**
    Pay and Benefits
  • Salary: 60-70k a year
  • Health Coverage - Baker Aviation pays the entire premium for our healthcare plan. This is a

$3,000 per month value for a family plan.
