High-Ticket Personal Training Sales, Closer
- Job Description:
- Outreach via call, text, or email to a list of new/warm in-home personal training opt-ins (OpenPhone, Trello)
- Use a guided script to get them to schedule a Fitness Consultation with you (OpenPhone, Google, Calendly)
- Use a guided script to conduct Fitness Consultations and close on the offer (Zoom, Google, DocuSign)
- Follow-up with existing leads and move them through the pipeline stages (Trello)
- Communicate with manager for assistance
- Join weekly meetings, trainings, and pipeline reviews
- Requirements:
- At least 20 hours per week of dedication to leads we send you
- Comfortable with technology. Google Suite, OpenPhone, Trello CRM, Calendly, DocuSign, and Zoom
- Excellent communication skills (people person)
- Sufficient knowledge in the fitness and nutrition field (certification NOT required)
- Sales Ninja - Discovery, Offer solution, Make the close, Objection handling
- Benefits:
