What You'll Be Doing
- As a Net New Account Executive, you will drive growth and expand our footprint in the US market. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Driving Revenue: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly new logo contract targets.
- Pipeline Generation: Maintain high activity levels to open doors, build relationships, and convert prospects into new contracts.
- Consultative Selling: Consistently utilize a structured sales process framework to guide prospects from discovery to close.
- Demonstrating Value: Conduct thorough sales discovery calls and deliver compelling software demonstrations (both remotely and in person).
- RFP Management: Discover, complete, and submit comprehensive RFP documentation efficiently without losing momentum on active sales cycles.
- Market Engagement: Attend industry trade shows to generate leads, engage with the marketplace, and represent our brand.
- CRM Hygiene: Maintain an organized, up-to-date CRM, ensuring proactive follow-up and clear communication with all prospects.
- Negotiation & Collaboration: Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements, collaborating with cross-functional internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends and market developments, using that knowledge to identify and unlock new opportunities.
- What You’ll BringSales & Market Experience
- Proven track record of success in SaaS net-new logo sales.
- Experience selling into higher education, residence life, hospitality, or similar institutional audiences.
- Strong multi-channel prospecting capabilities.
- A demonstrated ability to meet or exceed SaaS sales quotas.
- Ways of Working
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A natural curiosity and the ability to ask insightful, discovery-driven questions.
- Strong written skills, particularly for crafting winning RFP responses.
- High level of organization with exceptional prioritization skills.
