Job Summary

We are seeking aSenior IT Project Manager (10+ years)to leadenterprise-level system modernization initiatives, specifically withinChild Support / Human Services systems. This role involves managing end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and providing strategic direction for large-scale IT transformations.Preferred
• Experience with
State Government / Public Sector projects
• Familiarity with
Child Support Enforcement (CSE) / IV-D programs

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage
enterprise IT projectsand modernization initiatives
• Define and document
business & technical requirements
• Collaborate with
stakeholders, vendors, and development teams
• Ensure
project governance, risk management, and compliance
• Drive delivery
on time and within budget
• Provide
strategic directionfor system implementations
• Mentor and guide teams on
project management best practices

Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years
of IT Project Management experience
• Strong experience in
Child Support Systems / Human Services domain
• Experience with
system modernization / legacy transformation projects
• Expertise in managing
enterprise-level IT implementations
• Strong knowledge of
Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies
• Experience in
project governance, risk, and stakeholder management
• PMP Certification
(preferred)
