  • *Job Summary**

As a Product Principal at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for connecting strategies and defining scope across multiple product teams and domains. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business value, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction through the production of high-quality products. Your expertise will be invaluable in guiding in-depth business reviews, communicating with stakeholders, and presenting to senior leaders.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • **Delivery and Execution (10%):** Collaborate with Distinguished Engineers, User Experience Principals, and impacted teams to ensure a clear path to scope is known and aligned. Review recommended solutions and work of product teams to ensure products align with company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities.
  • **Strategy and Planning (60%):** Partner with cross-functional programs or technology portfolios to align outcomes. Cascade context up to leadership and strategy down to balanced teams using OKRs. Lead cross-functional discovery by partnering with UX Principals, Distinguished Engineers, and balanced teams. Create, coordinate, and sequence activities to ensure alignment across impacted teams. Provide visibility of work by providing a holistic roadmap with dependencies.
  • **Team and Stakeholder (30%):** Partner with leadership to represent the portfolio during enterprise planning, coordination, and discovery. Foster collaboration across multiple teams and portfolios to drive value and identify and resolve impediments. Manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to ensure scoping aligns to product strategy. Provide education to requestors to determine prioritization based on tangible benefits and/or user experience.
