About the Opportunity
Our remote client support division is continuing to expand, and we are seeking dependable, service-minded individuals to join our team as Planning Services Advisors. In this role, you'll assist clients with coordinating travel arrangements, organizing trip information, and helping ensure reservations and schedules are handled accurately throughout the planning process.
This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy helping others, staying organized, and managing details in a flexible remote setting. Responsibilities
Assist clients with vacation planning requests, scheduling details, and travel preferences
Coordinate accommodations, cruises, transportation, activities, tours, and other travel services
Review travel options, pricing, and availability using approved booking platforms and supplier systems
Organize confirmations, itinerary details, and reservation updates
Respond to client questions through phone, email, and online communication channels
Help manage booking revisions, schedule adjustments, and follow-up support requests
Maintain accurate client profiles and organized records within company systems
Stay updated on supplier offers, destination information, and travel industry updates
Participate in virtual onboarding sessions, training workshops, and team meetings
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Excellent organization and time-management skills
Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities independently in a remote environment
Familiarity with web-based tools, email systems, and basic computer applications
Reliable internet connection and professional communication habits
Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
Interest in planning, hospitality, customer support, or coordination-related work
Must be at least 18 years of age
