These are your responsibilities:

Advising our clients on SAP CX projects with a focus on SAP Sales & Service Cloud

Supporting our clients in the implementation or realignment of sales and service processes

Conducting requirements workshops, identifying use cases, and implementing client-specific requirements within SAP Sales & Service Cloud

Developing and implementing concepts and process models in coordination with the customer

Liaison between business and IT in implementation projects

Mentoring our young professionals and providing technical guidance to consultants

Continuously enhancing hard and soft skills

What you should bring with you:

Excellent functional and technical expertise in the SAP CX portfolio, particularly in SAP Sales and SAP Service Cloud

Customer-focused with a solution-driven mindset, capable of working independently

Ability to quickly assimilate complex requirements

High commitment to quality

8+ years of experience in SAP CX projects and in-depth consulting expertise in Sales & Service Cloud

Interest in open and constructive collaboration

Excellent Command of English
