Currently we are looking for a dynamic Country Manager who should be ideally based in Lombardia, to lead and expand our Italian subsidiary. This role is a key position within our international structure, responsible for driving business growth, leading the local team, and strengthening our presence in the Italian market.
Job Description
What will you do at our company?
Lead, manage, and develop the current Italian team
Define and execute the company’s commercial strategy in Italy
Drive sales growth and market penetration in the security and electrical channels
Develop the residential market, including both new construction and retrofit segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key system integrators.
Ensure alignment with the global headquarters and international teams
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
Oversee operational performance of the subsidiary
Qualifications
What do you need to work at the position?
Proven experience in the security industry, preferably in video intercom and/or access control systems
Strong experience in developing the residential market, including both new construction and retrofit business
Solid understanding of the electrical distribution channel.
Strong leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing teams
Experience working within international companies or multicultural environments
Solid commercial and business development background
Fluency in English (mandatory). Excellent command of Italian (native speaker)
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities
Strong inner motivation and desire to reach goals
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent skills in data analysis and reporting
Experience in the areas of residential, telco or security
Willingness to travel (domestically and internationally)
High school or university degree
