Project Control Specialist
The Project Control Specialist will support a contract through PCI Government Services and will report to the Program Manager. This position is 100% remote and is pending funding/award.
Responsibilities:
Providing administrative and operational support for IT program offices, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, documenting minutes, maintaining and organizing technical and project documentation, tracking tasks, action items, and deliverables
Assisting with preparation and distribution of reports and briefings
Coordinating communications among project teams, contractors, and CMS personnel
Supporting onboarding and offboarding activities including access requests and distribution of program materials
Works closely with CMS staff and project teams to ensure program efficiency, compliance with records management policies, and timely dissemination of information.
Experience:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution
Four or more years of relevant administrative or program support experience in IT or government program environments
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Security clearance.
Familiarity with project management tools, technical documentation standards, and government records management practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Government experience preferred.
