The Global Cash Operations Specialist will be a key team member for driving operational excellence in the organization’s global cash ecosystem. This role is responsible for defining best practices, optimizing cash supply chain processes, reducing costs, and driving innovation through technology. The position oversees cash inventory management, ATM cash forecasting, reconciliation, and routing optimization to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness across all regions.

Key Responsibilities
Performance ManagementTrack and report global cash KPIs, including transportation costs, inventory levels, forecast accuracy, and reconciliation performance.
Benchmark performance across regions and identify opportunities for improvement.

Cost OptimizationDrive initiatives to reduce transportation and cash inventory costs without compromising service quality.
Implement inventory routing optimization strategies to minimize inefficiencies.

Innovation & Technology EnablementSupport the deployment globally of cash management systems, enabling local team with training and support to integrate and optimize the solutions
Partner with technology teams to design and deploy advanced solutions, including AI-driven forecasting, automation of reconciliation processes, and real-time dashboards.
Champion digital transformation initiatives to enhance visibility and decision-making in cash operations.

Operational ExcellenceOversee ATM cash forecasting processes to ensure optimal availability and minimize stockouts.
Ensure accurate and timely cash reconciliation across all regions.
Optimize inventory routing and replenishment strategies using predictive analytics.

Stakeholder EngagementServe as the global subject matter expert for cash management, providing guidance and support to local teams.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
10+ years of experience in cash management, logistics, or supply chain operations
Strong knowledge of cash supply chain design, inventory management, and forecasting methodologies.
Proven track record of cost reduction and process optimization in complex, multi-country environments.
Experience with technology-driven solutions (AI/ML forecasting, automation, routing optimization).
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change in a global organization
