You'll get to sell the experience of Yellowstone National Park to guests! Coordinate bookings for groups wanting to visit Yellowstone for family reunions, weddings, conferences, private charters and more. Help them have an occasion to remember!

The Details:
Position Type: Seasonal
Season Dates: Early June 2026 to Late December 2026
Pay: $20.50/hourly
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

This position is currently 100% remote; however, it could be based out of the Yellowstone Office located in Mammoth Hot Springs, Wyoming. To be considered for a remote opportunity your primary residence must be located in the following states: AZ, CO, FL, ID, MI, MN, MT, NV, NC, NH, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, and VA. The company reserves the right to change the position from remote to in office at any time.

Responsibilities

Retrieve, sort, and distribute all correspondence received by Postal mail, and E-Mail.
Support account representatives with rooming lists entry, group masters, email correspondence and phone calls to the Leisure Groups/Conference Sales office where needed. Handle the daily responsibilities of account representatives as assigned by the Senior Account Representative., including booking leisure group arrivals and amenities, family reunions, leisure gatherings, wedding parties, conferences, private charters, meal coupons, dining reservations, activities and group campsites.
Provide phone support to Leisure Groups/Conference Sales office, talking to operators/guests, planning itineraries, activities and offering assistance to the guest requests and questions. Contacting other departments for information.
Resolve any leisure group/conference booking irregularities and errors when they arise.
In cooperation with the Leisure Groups/Conference Sales office account representatives, maintain electronic filing system for leisure group/conference arrivals to ensure correct reservation and billing records.
In cooperation with the account representatives, follow-up with groups to ensure contracts and monies are received in a timely manner. Enter rooming lists and complete files for arrival. Communicate with guests as needed to ensure all are in agreement with arrangements. Communicate with other departments concerning special requests and services. Maintain proper documentation for all arrivals. Work with General Accounting Office to follow-up on payment issues when needed.
Process and respond to group tours, family reunion, leisure groups, wedding, conferences, private charters and group campsite-related correspondence in a timely manner. Help with individual lodging, meeting room, activity and campground requests as needed.
Work in cooperation with all office personnel to increase service usage, support sales programs, and achieve sales goals.
Contribute to a friendly and optimistic work environment by developing teamwork and cooperation with co-workers.
Support special reservations position/duties as necessary.
Provide support to lodging and campground registration desks as needed.
Maintain a high commitment to guest service in all Reservations Sales areas.
Maintain safe facilities; complete required National Park Service /Corporate safety programs and inspections. Provide necessary review; accident investigation, and follow up. Support company sustainability initiatives and be conscientious of own actions in improving the environment.

Physical Requirements include:
Ability to sit for long periods of time – 90% of workday
Ability to communicate effectively on the phone in a high call volume area – 60% of workday
Ability to work 40+ hours/week when necessary
Ability to work in a higher altitude environment – 100% of workday
