About The Opportunity

The Technical Product Specialist is a critical bridge between regional business teams, Global Product, and Engineering—owning whether the product succeeds in the region. This role brings global product strategy to life locally, ensuring adoption, readiness, and measurable business impact. You’ll act as the voice of the region, balancing customer needs, operational realities, and technical feasibility to drive real outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Translate Global CPO product strategy into clear regional priorities, enablement, and launch plans

Determine which global features are viable, valuable, and ready for regional adoption

Prioritise regional rollout using an MVP-first mindset

Lead regional product discovery and provide structured market, customer, and operational insights

Build trusted relationships with regional leaders, Sales, Operations, Customer Success, and Global Product

Facilitate regional go-live decisions, readiness, and customer exposure

Validate end-to-end functionality across regional downstream systems (CRM, mid-office, finance, reporting)

Own regional acceptance and business approval for releases

Track adoption, performance, NPS/CSAT, and feed insights back into the global product cycle

Champion AI-driven efficiencies and continuous improvement

Assist with P1/P2 issue troubleshooting and resolution testing

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (desirable)

3+ years’ experience building global B2B products in complex environments (preferred)

Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies

Experience working in a global setting

Background in Travel, Support Platforms, Help Centres, or Knowledge Hubs (beneficial)

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Data-driven decision-making with experience measuring adoption and value

Experience using AI or automation to enhance workflows (strong plus)

SAFe PO/PM, CSPO, or PSPO II certification (desirable)

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $115,000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
