The Insurance Product Compliance Professional meaningfully contributes in ensuring Humana's Member Marketing and Communication materials meet all federal and state regulatory requirements. You will support compliance activities for Medicare insurance products, including Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans (DSNPs). The focus is on reviewing, approving, and filing marketing and communication materials with the Centers for Medicare, Medicaid Services (CMS) and state departments.

Review Member Marketing and Communication materials to ensure compliance with CMS and state regulations

Coordinate the filing of materials with CMS and state agencies

Collaborate with teams, including Product, Marketing, Legal, Sales, and Compliance to ensure all materials are accurate, compliant, and documented

Monitor regulatory changes and communicate updates to team members to ensure timely adaptation of materials and processes

External sales (TPMO) material process execution and oversight

Maintain detailed records and documentation of compliance reviews and filings

Support compliance audits and respond to regulatory inquiries related to marketing and communications

Help with process improvement initiatives to strengthen compliance controls and efficiency

Required Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience with Medicare, insurance, marketing, customer communications, or related field

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management tools.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree

Familiarity with CMS marketing guidelines and state insurance regulations

Experience in regulatory compliance or product compliance

Background in Medicaid and/or Dual Eligible Special Needs (DSNP) Plans

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$59,300 - $80,900 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
