• *Job Responsibilities**

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Welcoming, greeting, and assisting all students, members, and visitors entering the facility with a smile and a friendly demeanor
• Ensuring the facility is secure and accessible during opening and closing hours
• Maintaining a clean and organized environment for all facility users, including restrooms, common areas, and equipment
• Operating a cash register and handling financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Providing exceptional customer service to users, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
• Working independently while maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail

• *What We're Looking For**

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. If you have:

• A high school education or equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within one month of employment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, and Outlook
• Ability to run a cash register and work independently
• No prior experience necessary (we're happy to train the right candidate!)

• *Preferred Qualifications**

If you have:

• One year of customer service and/or general office experience
• Knowledge of recreational sports
• A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
