As a Customer Service Representative - Behavioral Health, you'll be responsible for providing advocate care to our members, helping them navigate their benefits, claims, and resources. You'll be the face of careerzynith, building trust and rapport with our members, and ensuring they receive the support they need to achieve their health goals.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Create an emotional connection with our members by understanding and engaging with them to champion their best health
  • Build trusting and caring relationships with members to ensure their needs are met
  • Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions
  • Review member claim history to ensure accurate tracking of benefit maximums and/or coinsurance/deductible
  • Perform financial data maintenance as necessary
  • Explain member's rights and responsibilities in accordance with contract
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless member experience
  • *Requirements**
  • 1-3 years of Customer Service experience within a Call Center atmosphere
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Previous Behavioral Health experience
  • Associates Degree or higher
  • Medical or Insurance background
