- Design, implement, and maintain robust security measures to protect careerzynith's cloud-based applications and infrastructure from cyber threats
- Collaborate with the IT Data Security Division to ensure the security and availability of our systems and data
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to network security, cloud infrastructure management, and customer support
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security measures with other business processes
- Provide exceptional customer support to stakeholders, including end-users, business partners, and vendors
