As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their orders are delivered on time and to their satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Investigating customer orders in real-time to identify and resolve issues
- Contacting customers via phone and/or email to confirm delivery details and prevent delays
- Acting as an interface between customers and Delivery Service Partners to identify root causes, solve issues, and arrange for re-delivery when required
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Working variable hours to match customer demand, including day shifts, weekends, and national holidays
- *Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Right to work in the Netherlands
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and German (both written and oral fluency – minimum of C1 level)
- Good communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
- Intermediate computer literacy
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 11:00 am to 7:30 pm
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., weekend, and overtime as required)
