- *Key Responsibilities**
- Identify business and technical requirements, lead full technical discovery, and develop client solutions to meet assembled requirements
- Lead technical projects, technology support, support bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of supporting technical assets
- Deliver product messaging for the Google Cloud Platform by utilizing whiteboard and slide presentations, product demos, white papers, trial management, and Request for Information (RFI) response documents
- Drive recommendations on integration strategies, project designs, platforms, and application frameworks to implement a comprehensive solution providing best practice advice to clients to enhance Google Cloud platform effectiveness
- Attend client sites, meetings, and other events as required
- *Essential Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment or a client-facing role
- Experience with inheritance and modern application development, cloud service delivery, and infrastructure
- Experience with containers including Kubernetes and other related technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Dynamic US Government Top Secret/Secret Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) Exceptional status
- Experience creating mobile structures using API management, microservice architectures, PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks, or other relevant technologies
- Experience with Government Public Area clients, including defense and civilian agencies
- Knowledge of application security frameworks including web application security, service boundary, and mobile security techniques
- Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the Google Cloud/IT innovation space
