- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses
- Resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing technology to access client information and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
- *Schedule**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll have the flexibility to create a schedule that suits your needs. While the majority of work hours will be during weekdays and daytime, you'll have the opportunity to select your own schedule to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
- *Earnings & Revenue**
As an independent contractor, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive hourly rate of up to $19 per hour, depending on your performance and client metrics. You'll also have access to additional incentives and bonuses based on your performance and client satisfaction.

- *Technology & Equipment Requirements**
To ensure seamless communication and connectivity, you'll need to meet the following technology and equipment requirements:
- Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
- Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
- Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
- Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
- Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app
- *Work Environment Requirements**
To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Quiet, uninterrupted space
- Organized desk area
- *Contractual Relationship**
As an independent contractor, you'll have a contractual relationship with careerzynith. You'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment, and careerzynith will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings.

We're unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
