- *Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for every customer
- Handle cash transactions, including processing payments, making change, and counting cash back
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, bathrooms, and parking garage
- Assemble trucks from the parking garage and operate equipment to move trucks from the parking garage to inside the store
- Clean bathrooms, sales floor, and parking garage on a case-by-case basis
- Be available to help partners across the store as needed
- Work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude

- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience in a retail environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move equipment as needed
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as a cashier or sales associate
- Knowledge of retail operations and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash transactions
