- *Job Summary:**
We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Data Science team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve customer experiences. You'll work closely with our product, engineering, and AI teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop data-driven recommendations to inform our product roadmap.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Run unconditional exploratory data analysis to identify novel insights and opportunities for growth
- Design and develop A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of new product features and recommendations
- Proactively monitor our suggestion models to identify potential issues, determine root causes, and resolve them
- Build new tools and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making and improve team efficiency
- Collaborate closely with our product, engineering, and AI teams to develop data-driven solutions and drive business growth
- Communicate key insights and recommendations to cross-functional leadership teams across the organization
- *What You'll Need:**
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or finance)
- Experience with data analysis and machine learning in a web-based business setting is a plus
- Proficiency in SQL (including query optimization, stored procedures, and data modeling) is required
- Experience with Python and Python libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, Matplotlib) is required
- Familiarity with exploratory data analysis (e.g., A/B testing, statistical modeling) is a plus
- Experience with AI and machine learning algorithms (e.g., decision trees, random forests, deep learning) is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and drive results-oriented outcomes
- Solid business acumen, analytical skills, and technical abilities, with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
