careerzynith is seeking an experienced Benefits Representative to join our team in a work-from-home data entry position. As a Benefits Representative, you will be responsible for processing benefits, including Wellbeing, Life, LTD, and Adaptable Spending benefits, as well as assisting with online enrollment frameworks and reviews. This is a full-time, hourly position that reports to the Benefits Director.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Process Wellbeing, Life, LTD, and Adaptable Spending benefits
• Process Change in Status and Exceptional Enrollment Occasions for benefits
• Assist with Online Enrollment Framework plan and reviews
• Create and handle weekly Adaptable Spending Reports and Adaptable Spending Review
• Assist and answer Extra security and LTD guarantee requests
• Interaction and pay Extra security and LTD bills
• Process and answer Qualified Clinical Kid Backing Requests
• Assist with 401(k) and Non-Qualified Conceded Pay (NQDC) Plan enrollments
• Coordinate stores for the 401(k), NQDC, and IRA account
• Direct Month to month and Quarterly reviews for the Wellbeing Plan
• Critical thinking with workers and Outsider Directors
• Comprehend and Decipher Plan Records
• Circulate Fresh recruit Parcels
• Saturday work will be expected on occasion

• *Expected Qualifications and Skills**

• 2 - 3 years Benefits Organization experience with Wellbeing, Dental, Disaster protection, LTD, Flex, and COBRA
• Information on 401(k), ERISA, HIPAA, and Medical services Change guidelines
• Capable in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with HRIS benefits frameworks (SAP liked)
• Elevated degree of meticulousness
• Solid correspondence and authoritative abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
